I have a hero, I call him my husband

I dedicate this blog to the man I love and the Soldier defending our freedom. I could not have asked for a better husband and fellow Soldier to serve with. I am proud of his accomplishments and service to all. Iraq 2009-2010
Operation Iraqi Freedom
There is a lot of sand, but it's definitely not the beach
Taking a break, but he never gets a day off.

Hanging out in his room skyping.
Some things a Daddy just does for his boys. They made this for him for Thanksgiving and were so happy to see their Daddy wearing it.

Yes, nothing has changed....he loves his Longhorns

Our families made each deployed Soldier a Christmas stocking out of old uniforms and we stuffed them and mailed them. Pat's section decided to make a fireplace to hang some of them on.
Pat's soldiers thought it would be funny to get all the officers thongs from the Taji Market
Yes, Pat even played Santa.
Kids, don't' be scared but Santa has to pack his 9mm in Iraq. It's to protect the Rudolph and the reindeer
Passing out gag gifts to his section
Santa Pat sitting in the bosses office while he was in a meeting.
Pat, thank you for your service and for being the foundation of our family. We appreciate you and we miss you every day. Be safe and hurry home. Thanks for sending the boys the moon and Polaris, they look for it every night. They miss you and are proud of you as well.
We Love You!
