Our Hero is home and we couldn't be happier! The boys and I worked hard on their signs as they wanted to make sure Daddy could find them when he got off the plane.
The boys waiting patiently but they could not wait to see the airplane landing

Sean was such a trooper this past year with Daddy being gone but what a great big brother he was for Colby and Austin. I am so proud of him.
Finally the plane lands.
Nothing like some long overdue hugs....
And yes I got the best hug ever! It felt like I lost a lot of weight when I saw Pat get off the plane with a smile from ear to ear. I knew my life was headed back to the way it should be. My best friend was home.
Our family, happy and all smiling.
Daddy had to carry his own bags, but he didn't mind because he was going home.
We all decorated the Yukon so everyone would know how proud we were to have our Daddy home.
Our hero is home!
I love seeing all my boys together, again.
Best of friends and now together again.
I love having him home and to know he served our country to provide each American all the freedoms they have. Thank you to my wonderful husband for giving your all so that I could tuck our boys in bed at night and know we were all safe.
Daddy was exhausted so Colby laid down with him to keep him company.
Words cannot express how blessed we are that our Soldiers served in Iraq without any accidents or deaths. I thank God for keeping them all safe and especially bringing Pat home safe to me and our kids. Pat, you'll never know how much I appreciate your sacrifice and your service. I am proud of you and proud to call you "My Soldier".
